When would I need to take the 8 Hour TOAD, Youthful Offender / Under 25 Defensive Driving Course?

Students are required to take this 8 hour version when the order specifically states 8 hours on the order by the courts or a judge. If it doesn’t list 8 hours, you would just need the regular 4 hour version. The course is generally ordered for 15 to 25 year olds that receive a traffic citation.
